JacDaw is a north west UK based trip-hop collective. Their sound tends to be darker than most of their contemporaries - and they like it that way. They combine hard hitting, tripped out beats with haunting vocals & menacing lyrics to produce an uneasy atmosphere for the listener - you have been warned!!
They have recently created the entire soundtrack to the film Stalker, a violent glimpse into the mind of a depraved internet stalker who kidnaps his victims & holds them hostage to fulfil his disturbing fantasies. More disturbingly, their music fit very well & added to the dark tension of the film. JacDaw have also had their music played on various radio shows, including being Pick Of The Week on Radio 6 a few months ago. As well as having numerous tracks featured on compilations produced by Bastard Baby Records.
